These Terms of Service are provided by avenordownloaderdev ("we", "us", or "our"), the developer of Project Brain. By using Project Brain ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access it through unauthorized means, or use it to violate any applicable laws.

2. Account Registration

To use cloud sync and Pro features, you must create an account using a valid email address or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Project Brain Pro Subscription

Project Brain offers an auto-renewable subscription called "Project Brain Pro" with the following terms:

The Pro subscription unlocks unlimited projects and cross-device synchronization between mobile and desktop.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create in the App. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for the legality and appropriateness of your content.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the App or other users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
